Full-Time About the Opportunity A leading wealth management and investment advisory firm is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join its growing team in Miami. This individual will work with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, helping them build, preserve, and manage wealth through comprehensive financial planning and investment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the Latin American market, an established book of business, and a consultative approach to client relationships. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients Grow assets under management through both existing client relationships and new business development Advise clients on investments, asset allocation, wealth planning, insurance, banking, and lending solutions Collaborate with internal specialists to provide comprehensive wealth management solutions Create and implement holistic financial plans aligned with client goals and objectives Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, risk policies, and firm procedures Travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects throughout assigned markets Deliver a best-in-class client experience focused on long-term relationship management Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Advisory, or related Financial Services roles Experience working with High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients Bachelor's Degree required MBA, CFP, CFA, or other advanced financial credentials preferred Series 65 (or qualifying equivalent) required Proven track record of business development and asset gathering Existing book of business preferred Strong knowledge of investment management, financial planning, and wealth advisory services Professional fluency in Spanish required Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills Highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Compensation Competitive base salary Performance-based incentive compensation Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to leverage institutional resources and specialized support teams
