Financial Advisor (Sales Focused- Training and Mentorship provided)

Our Scripps Ranch firm is growing our team of Financial Advisors. Our advisors at Northwestern Mutual help clients reach their goals by developing and implementing financial plans to show clients where they are today, plan where they want to go tomorrow and provide the financial tools to help them get there. We are looking for individuals who have had past success in a sales, business development or client facing role. We are not considering applicants outside of San Diego County, unless in the process of moving to San Diego, CA. Income potential is uncapped, however it is largely commission-based plus $41k in effort-based bonuses the first year to help you start your business.
