Essential ResponsibilitiesConducting In-depth Financial Analysis:
Perform thorough analyses of clients' financial situations, including tax implications, investment strategies, retirement planning, and estate planning.
Specialized Investment Strategies:
Work closely with the Investment Team to develop and recommend investment strategies that align with the client's specific needs, risk tolerance, and financial goals, taking into consideration their unique technical circumstances.
Tax Planning and Optimization:
Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies to minimize their tax liabilities, considering various tax codes and regulations that may apply to their specific situation.
Retirement and Pension Planning:
Assist clients in creating comprehensive retirement plans, including assessing various retirement vehicles, analyzing pension options, and projecting retirement income.
Estate and Inheritance Planning:
Work closely with the Estate Planning Team to provide guidance on estate planning, including the creation of wills, trusts, and other vehicles to protect and distribute assets according to the client's wishes.
Risk Management and Insurance Recommendations:
Evaluate clients' insurance needs, including life, disability, long-term care, and liability insurance, and make recommendations to mitigate risks.
Business Succession Planning:
Advise business owners on succession planning, helping them prepare for the transfer of their business interests to heirs or potential buyers.
Customized Financial Reports and Presentations:
Utilizing firm platforms including Orion and Money Guide Pro, generate detailed reports and presentations tailored to each client's technical requirements, providing clear explanations of complex financial concepts.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
Ensure that all recommendations and actions comply with industry regulations, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

Collaboration with
Legal and Tax Professionals:
Work closely with attorneys, accountants, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive financial strategies for clients.
Continuous Learning and Professional Development:
Stay updated with advancements in technical financial planning, attending seminars, workshops, and pursuing relevant certifications.
Maintaining Client Relationships:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, demonstrating trustworthiness, integrity, and reliability in managing their complex financial affairs.

QualificationsBachelor's degree requiredMinimum 3-5 years working as a client service advisor or related role
CFP, CFA, CPA/PFS
