We are seeking an experienced Senior Registered Client Associate to play a key role in supporting advisors and delivering exceptional client experience. This position goes beyond traditional administrative support — you will serve as a relationship steward, operational leader, and client experience expert, helping drive efficiency, consistency, and white-glove service across all interactions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. Key Responsibilities Client Experience
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering timely, proactive, and personalized service
  • Build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and act as a trusted day-to-day resource
  • Coordinate and enhance all aspects of the client's journey help to ensure a seamless experience Advisor & Team Support
  • Partner closely with advisors to manage workflows, priorities, and follow-through on client commitments
  • Prepare for client meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, and materials preparation
  • Track and execute follow-ups to ensure no detail is missed Operations & Execution
  • Process account openings, transfers, money movements, and account maintenance with precision
  • Maintain client records and documentation in accordance with compliance standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement best practices Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and firm requirements across all client activity
  • Partner with compliance teams to maintain high standards of accuracy and integrity Reporting & Coordination
  • Assist in portfolio reviews by gathering data, preparing reports, and organizing materials
  • Conduct research to support client conversations and planning initiatives
  • Coordinate with custodians, product partners, and internal teams Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in wealth management or financial services, supporting advisors and high-net-worth clients
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63 & 65) required
  • Strong understanding of brokerage and advisory operations, including account lifecycle management
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry platforms (CRM systems, custodial tools, etc.)

  • Registered Client Associate (under 5yrs of direct experience): $55,000 - $80,000
  • Senior Registered Client Associate (5+ years of direct experience): $70,000 - $100,000 Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Additional Information
  • Candidates must meet enhanced financial fitness and background screening requirements
  • Wells Fargo will initiate the FINRA review process upon offer acceptance
