We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced advisor to join our Trust & Family Office division. This position requires a bachelor's degree along with a professional designation (e.g. CFP®, CFA®, ChFC®, or similar) and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial industry, including at least 5 years of direct client advisory experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and expand existing client relationships ensuring the successful transition and retention of clients.
Client Reviews & Reporting:
Prepare and conduct regular portfolio review meetings to assess performance, confirm risk tolerance, cash flow planning and due diligence. Develop new business, expand existing relationships and retain current clientele Referral network development: Build & cultivate a network of referral sources to expand business development opportunities Provide comprehensive wealth advisory services to a diverse clientele
Manage Client Relationships:
Anticipate client's needs, resolve inquiries, and ensure client portfolios remain aligned with their financial objectives Collaborate with in-house specialists experienced in estate planning, retirement planning, tax and insurance Evaluate financial portfolios, goals, objectives and cash-flow needs, and mitigate risk for a tailored approach Evaluate and rebalance portfolios as needed Prepare and deliver comprehensive aggregated account information encompassing all client assets Collaborate with analysts to prepare and present detailed client reviews Work closely with client's external professional advisors to mitigate income and estate taxes Analyze client's entire financial portfolio to identify risks and opportunities Regularly and systematically review client estate plan documents to ensure efficient transfer of wealth Collaborate with Trust & Family Office colleagues to ensure the highest level of service
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering advisory services to affluent clients Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferably Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance related) Experience growing and establishing client relationships and assets Financial services certification such as CFP®, CFA®, ChFC®, CIMA® or similar Continue financial services education Motivated self-starter Detail oriented and highly organized Able to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines Able to work both independently and as an integral part of a team High professional standards and sound judgement Able to focus on key priorities and thrive in a complex and ever-changing environment Strong work ethic Stable under pressure or stress Willingness to learn and contribute to company's financial growth and profitability

Compensation for this position is expected to range from $150-300k annually. Actual starting salary will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, credentials, client portfolio and market considerations.
