As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a Wealth Management Associate to become a key member of our team. This individual will serve as the primary client service and operational support professional within the practice while working directly with the firm's Financial Advisor. You will work directly alongside firm leadership and play a meaningful role in helping deliver exceptional client outcomes while contributing to the continued growth of the firm. Key Responsibilities Client Service & Operations Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests and inquiries. Process account openings, transfers, ACATs, account maintenance requests, beneficiary updates, and money movement requests. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Manage client service workflows and operational processes. Coordinate with custodians, vendors, and service providers to resolve client issues. Advisor Support Prepare client review materials, reports, agendas, and supporting documentation. Gather and organize client data for financial planning purposes. Update and maintain planning software information. Coordinate implementation and follow-up activities related to planning recommendations. Assist with investment research and preparation of client deliverables. Employer-Sponsored Retirement Plan Support Assist with servicing employer-sponsored retirement plan relationships. Support investment due diligence and monitoring activities. Assist with preparation of fiduciary review reports and committee meeting materials. Support investment menu reviews and benchmarking activities. Qualifications Required Active FINRA Series 7 license. 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related advisory support role. Strong client service and relationship management skills. Experience with account administration, transfers, ACATs, money movement, and operational workflows. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strongly Preferred Experience with LPL Financial. Experience using ClientWorks. Experience using eMoney. Experience supporting financial advisors in a wealth management environment. Experience supporting employer-sponsored retirement plans. Experience with RPAG and/or Fi360 Fiduciary Focus Toolkit. Preferred Series 66 license. Experience using Wealthbox. Experience with Morningstar Advisor Workstation. Experience with Jump.
