Role Overview:
As a Relationship Manager at Acorn Creek Capital, your role is pivotal in making sure that our clients hear from us proactively and that we are regularly updated on their lives. This role will develop and maintain client relationships on behalf of the wealth management firm. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, extremely prompt and thorough follow-through, understanding the client's investment goals, and working with our team to help provide tailored investment recommendations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for client service queries and issue resolution. Administer our team's proactive service model by calling clients regularly. Address client requests, provide support, and offer financial investment advice incorporating feedback from the wealth manager to deliver our team philosophy. Create and maintain each client's financial plan. Handle investment-related paperwork, including applications and withdrawal requests. Stay current on market conditions as it relates to the client's objectives. Schedule and follow up on client reviews, documenting in CRM (SalesForce). Maintain a deep understanding of our team's investment matrix to explain to the client our philosophy as it relates to their Financial Plan. Support the Operations Team under the guidance of the Operations Manager. Perform backup duties for other team members, including inter-departmental support. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skills/Elite Attributes:

Preferred Experience:
Bachelor's degree and/or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent communication abilities and multitasking skills. Team Oriented, Client Focused, Professionalism, adaptability, and time management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong technical skills. Proficiency in computer use, especially Excel.
Preferred Background:
Formal Education in Finance is a plus, but not mandatory Financial Services industry experience preferred Experience or training in working with both affluent and high net worth clients, Ritz-Carlton Training, etc. Self-motivation, effective time management, and relationship-building skills. Additional certifications like CPWA, CFP or
CRPC. FINRA
