This role offers a clear path to a full Wealth Advisor position, with strong mentorship and increasing client-facing responsibility. Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior advisors on client strategy and meetings Participate directly in client conversations and relationship management Build and analyze financial plans (cash flow, retirement, investments) Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and time-sensitive needs Deliver high-touch client service and experience Collaborate across advisory teams and internal departments

Qualifications:

~5 years of experience in wealth management or financial planning Series 65 required CFP® preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months Strong communication skills; ability to simplify complex financial concepts Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure Motivated to take on increased responsibility and client ownership
