Our boutique wealth management firm is comprised of two fun, dedicated and compassionate people who care deeply about our clients and their financial lives. A successful candidate must embody our values of treating all people with respect, integrity, and delight.
Responsibilities & Activities:
  • Provide delightful service to current and potential clients through meetings, communication, and account support
  • Develop and maintain client relationships by understanding their financial needs and objectives Actively build and support the growth of the business
  • Prepare for client appointments and provide proactive follow-up accordingly
  • Conduct securities-related transactions and help steward client's wealth
  • Attend and actively participate in client events and activities
  • Continue and maintain up-to-date knowledge and training on all programs used for financial planning and research
  • Build trust and foster relationships
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or similar role
  • Series 7, 66, Life and Health licenses required
  • Bachelor's Degree desired but not required
CFP, CFA
designations desired but not required
  • Familiarity with wills, trusts, and estate law
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent attitude and demonstrates a team player mindset
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • An ability to manage and organize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills

Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
