Job Description

Job Description GCE Insurance & Wealth Management (GCE) is seeking experienced financial advisor assistants to join our firm. As a financial advisor assistant, you will work side by side with a team of experienced professionals to help clients meet their financial goals. The ideal candidate might be someone who has spent a few years in the financial services industry supporting or building a book of business, and is looking to continue to advance in his/her career. At GCE , you can grow in an environment without the typical pressure from sales or prospecting activities. We encourage learning new skills and being involved in our local community helping public service employees, business owners and all those who serve in our community!
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily activities, including maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence Assist in answering calls and providing service in person and by phone Manage multiple computer screens and work in a fast paced environment Prepare new account and service paperwork to ensure it's in good order, facilitate client distribution requests, follow up on transfer requests Facilitate and resolve client service account questions Ensure paperwork is prepared and provided for all client meetings Handle confidential information Work independently and in a team environment Perform other duties as assigned
Required Experience/Skills:
Experience in financial services/insurance Degree in Finance, Series 6, Series 65 (or 63 & 66), and insurance licenses preferred but not required Experience with MoneyGuidePro planning software Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment Committed to providing exceptional customer service Manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) GCE is committed to helping its clients achieve their financial goals and providing growth opportunities to its employees.
