In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted partner to clients, providing expert guidance on a broad spectrum of financial services and solutions. Your energetic approach will help clients achieve their financial goals through personalized planning, investment management, and comprehensive financial analysis. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in financial concepts, estate planning, and securities law to make a meaningful impact on clients' financial well-being. As a key member of our team, you will foster strong customer relationships while navigating complex financial regulations with confidence and clarity. Responsibilities Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly, warm manner. Record notes from every client conversation in the database. Complete and process new business applications. Create an appropriate client file for each new account. Complete and process client service work. Submit any additional client contributions to the appropriate account. Update the database to reflect account status regarding account service or new business. Print, read, file, and delegate information from Dictation. Email the Advisor a status report at the end of each day. Follow-up on pending business with appropriate companies and call each client with an update. Resolve any issues regarding new accounts, transfers, or amendments. Prepare all new accounts for delivery and schedule delivery meetings with clients. Follow-up on pending service work and call each client with an update. Assist the Advisor with pre-appointment preparation (applications, etc.). Gather account values and complete client review summaries for upcoming appointments. Call clients with annuity renewals and provide the Advisor's recommendation. Complete, submit, and maintain compliance blotters and transactions. Present and review YTD production and pending business reports during weekly team meetings. Provide a business submitted/issued report to the Advisor. Provide average issue/transfer time reports to the Advisor. Review the database to ensure client records are up to date. Assist with client update reports and mailings. Manage Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) for all qualified client accounts. Process Broker/Dealer change paperwork. Maintain current licenses and appointments with agencies and companies.
