This is a key leadership position within our practice. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and patient-focused individual who enjoys helping patients move forward with treatment while ensuring the financial health and productivity of the practice.
Responsibilities:
Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients Assist patients in understanding insurance benefits and out-of-pocket expenses Submit and track dental insurance claims Follow up on outstanding claims and accounts receivable Maintain accurate patient financial records Manage patient scheduling to support a productive and efficient clinical schedule Help fill openings and maintain schedule flow Communicate professionally with patients regarding treatment, insurance, and financial matters Work closely with the doctor to support treatment acceptance and patient care
Qualifications:
Previous dental front office experience required Strong understanding of dental insurance, claims processing, and accounts receivable Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Experience with Dentrix Ascend preferred
