About Frontera:
Frontera Capital Advisors is a Miami-based corporate finance firm dedicated to advising companies, private equity firms, and financial groups investing and operating in Latin America and the Caribbean. Frontera specializes in mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, and turnaround management, leveraging our distinctive capabilities in identifying investment opportunities, raising capital, and managing businesses in such diverse industries as Consumer & Industrial Products, Energy, Healthcare, Hospitality, Media & Telecom, and Real Estate.
Position Overview:
As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in all stages of transaction execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making. Performing in-depth valuation analyses using a variety of methodologies. Preparing compelling presentation materials for clients and stakeholders. Conducting comprehensive company and industry research to inform our advisory services. Reviewing and evaluating critical materials provided by prospects and clients. Actively participating in and contributing to all phases of transaction executions.
Qualifications:
Education:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Preferred:
Master's Degree (MBA, Master's in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline).
Language Proficiency:
Required:
Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
Preferred:
Proficiency in Portuguese.
Experience:
3-5 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
Required Skills:
Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and communication skills . Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team environment , manage tasks independently, and readily assume a high level of responsibility. Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines , with an aptitude for synthesizing large amounts of information efficiently. Strong attention to detail . Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint .
Preferred Skills:
