Financial Advisor

There is no relocation available unfortunately Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide financial guidance to clients, assisting them in making informed decisions about their financial future. This career is a blend of commission, 1st year stipends and bonuses, and reoccurring sales income that builds each year.

Duties:

Phoning prospects, managing your calendar, networking, running meetings (with the help of a senior advisor). Candidates MUST have of the following: college degree/military service and/or 5+ years of job performance success (sales role preferred), but any history of success is a good indicator. Or running/owning their own business

Intangibles:

This is a job for a go-getter. Must be self driven and want to own your own business. Grit and self-motivation are non-negotiables to this career. Your first year+ on the job will have extensive training and you'll work directly with mentors. Being self-driven is better indicator of success then understanding stright finances. You'll be supported & trained in learning finance, investments, and insurance through our joint work/apprenticeship program. Please do not apply without military, college degree AND/OR a proven history of success in your current career. Duties - Conduct financial assessments and create personalized financial plans for clients - Provide recommendations on investments and insurance needs.

Benefits:

Compensation is predominately commission, so you are a 1099 employee

• First year stipend and bonus program to make sure you have an easy transition into owning your own practice!
• After year one, there are 3-6 other reoccuring income streams will be counted toward your base salary.
• Even as a 1099, we still provide: Medical and Dental/Vision, Pension (company funded), retirement benefits, and ability to sell your practice upon retirement.
