Full Job Description Position Summary:
Orlando Health is seeking a Pathways Coach to join our corporate team! Our Pathways Coach provides individualized financial well‑being coaching and support to Orlando Health team members through the Financial Well‑
Being:
Pathways Program . Delivers confidential one‑on‑one coaching, crisis‑based financial support, educational programming, and resource navigation to help team members reduce financial stress, build financial resilience, and achieve personal financial goals. Actively participates in well‑being response efforts during critical incidents and collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure timely access to resources. Office is located in Downtown Orlando.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions Provide individualized, one-on-one financial coaching sessions to team members, addressing topics such as budgeting, debt management, savings strategies, credit building, retirement planning, benefits utilization, and financial goal setting. Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and develop personalized action plans with measurable goals. Assist team members in understanding and maximizing organizational benefits (health insurance, retirement, FSAs, internal programs). Deliver crisis-focused financial coaching and connect team members to support resources including the Team Member Support Fund. Support critical incident response efforts, including financial stabilization planning and resource navigation. Facilitate financial well-being workshops, master classes, and group education sessions. Maintain accurate documentation, scheduling, and outcome tracking in alignment with confidentiality standards. Collaborate with Pathways leadership and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality service. Connect team members to internal (HR, Benefits, Well-Being) and external community resources. Participate in outreach events, informational sessions, and program promotion activities. Collect and track participant success metrics to support program reporting and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations (HIPAA, FIPA, PHI, PII) and organizational policies. Other Related Functions Assist with operations of the Team Member Pantry, including intake and resource distribution. Support administrative functions such as data entry, scheduling, communications, and material preparation. Assist in development of financial education materials and coaching tools. Represent the program at internal meetings, community events, and health fairs.
Qualifications:
Education/Training Associate's degree required OR 2 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of degree Licensure/Certification (Preferred) Financial coaching certification or related credential Certified Financial Capabilities (CFC) Practitioner or equivalent Crisis intervention training Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial coaching, counseling, social services, or related field Experience with case management systems preferred Experience within healthcare, nonprofit, or large organizational environments preferred
