POSITION OVERVIEW

Anand Financial Advisors (AFA) is expanding into the West Palm Beach / Palm Beach Gardens market and looking for one experienced financial advisor ready to go independent and build something of their own. This isn't a book-transfer role and it isn't a referral-fee arrangement. You bring your production history and client relationships; AFA brings the independent platform (Osaic), the brand, the in-house model portfolios, and the back-office support to launch and run a real office. You build the practice. We build the platform around you. If you're a producer at a bank, wirehouse, or another W2 shop who's hit the ceiling on payout, product shelf, or how you're allowed to run your book, this is the move.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

(in order of priority) Transition and grow your existing book — move your client relationships onto an independent platform under Osaic, branded under AFA, with minimal disruption to clients Lead the build-out and day-to-day operation of AFA's new West Palm Beach area office — you're not joining an established branch, you're standing one up Develop new business in the local market — West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter — leveraging AFA's existing

positioning and your own network Utilize AFA's five in-house model portfolios and investment philosophy as your core platform, while maintaining flexibility for client-specific planning Recruit and develop additional advisors or support staff as the office grows past you Partner directly with AFA's founder on office strategy, target client segments, and eventual equity/leadership structure for the location

QUALIFICATIONS

Currently producing as a financial advisor (bank platform, wirehouse, or similar W2/captive environment) — minimum 2 years Active Series 7 and 66 (or 65/63), plus applicable life/health insurance licenses Clean U4 — no disclosures that would complicate an Osaic affiliation Demonstrated production — $5-10M+ in AUM or $150,000+ in Revenue CFP, ChFC, or other planning credential a plus, not required
