As a Financial Consultant Partner(FCP),you are in the heart of the action,acting as a trusted partnerto ourSr. Financial Consultants(FC)and their practice clients.

Through your developedexpertise, youwill deepen new and existing client relationships,uncoveringbusiness development opportunitiesandlearningfromyour Sr. FC all along the way.

You'llsupport the growth and management of an affluent wealth management practice,providing exceptional service,advice, andrelationship management.

Required Qualifications:
A valid and active Series 7 license isrequired( license may be obtained under a condition of employment through Branch Network Licensing Program ) A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) licenserequired( license(s) may be obtained under a condition of employment )
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of Financial Services Industry Experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong candidates will have a proventrack recordto handle several tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize Ability toidentifynew relationship development Openness to build, refresh, and deliver financial plans for practice clients in partnership with your Sr. Financial Consultant(s) Ability to uncover and meet client needs and effectively manage client expectations Ability to build andmaintaingood cross-enterprise working relationships Capability to become a Notary Strong candidates will also gain experience updating and compiling client information through Schwab's internal customer relationship management (CRM) tool Openness to manage local events, as needed What's in it for you At Schwab, you're empowered to shape your future.
