Compensation:
$90,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of financial professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve financial targets. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions and exceptional service. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity. Mentor and coach team members, supporting their professional development and career progression. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience in financial planning and analysis within the insurance industry. Ability to develop and implement strategic financial initiatives that align with company goals. Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance budgeting and forecasting. Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards. Skill in analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth. Experience in preparing and presenting detailed financial reports to senior management. Ability to mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.
