Role:
As an Associate, you'll be at the heart of client engagements, helping companies stabilize liquidity, improve performance, and chart a path forward. You'll work directly with management teams to gather facts, develop financial models, and deliver actionable insights. This role demands a sharp analytical mind, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day execution of client engagements, including data analysis, stakeholder communication, and deliverable preparation. Develop detailed financial models, including 13-week cash flows and 3-statement projections. Collaborate with firm leadership and client executives to identify and solve complex financial and operational issues. Prepare strategic business plans, profitability analyses, and presentations for lenders and investors. Support liquidity management and provide interim leadership in finance and FP&A functions. Contribute to marketing and business development efforts by building relationships and attending industry events. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA, CPA, CFA, or CTP a plus). 5+ years of experience, ideally with exposure to restructuring or turnaround work.
Additional desired experience can include:
Audit, TAS, M&A Consulting, Corporate Development, Investment Banking FP&A, and Deal Advisory Prior T&R/13-week cash flow experience is a plus Exceptional modeling and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of financial statements. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities across all levels of an organization. High energy, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. Willingness to travel (approximately 30%) and work on-site with clients as needed.
Expected Compensation:
Base Salary:
$115k - $140k
Bonus:
~20-25% Discretionary
