Illinois , Lisle Job Description A well-established financial institution is seeking a Wealth Advisor to join its high-performing wealth management team. This is a client-facing role focused on delivering personalized, goals-based financial plans for high-net-worth individuals, professionals, and business owners. Key Responsibilities Build relationships with affluent clients to understand financial goals, risk tolerance, and legacy plans Deliver customized financial plans including retirement, estate, investment, tax, and insurance strategies Collaborate with internal experts and external advisors to coordinate plan implementation Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing client relationships and attract new ones Serve as a financial planning thought leader and represent the firm at events, conferences, and client functions Prepare and present wealth strategy reviews and updates with clarity and confidence Stay current on market trends and regulatory developments affecting high-net-worth clients Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or private banking Proven success working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, including income tax, estate, and retirement planning Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to clients and advisors Proficiency in Salesforce, eMoney, Excel, and financial planning tools Ability to travel within the local market for client engagement What We Offer Competitive base salary: $90,000 - $160,000 Performance-based incentive plan 401(k) with discretionary employer contribution Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision Supportive, growth-oriented team culture Work Environment Monday through Friday, standard business hours Office-based with local travel as needed Professional setting with a collaborative and relationship-focused team To apply or request a confidential conversation, contact Crystal Fryers at crystal.fryers@gogpac.com All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
