Job Description:

Clarity Group Midwest - East Peoria, IL (Onsite) Clarity Group Midwest is a growing boutique investment firm managing ~$370M in assets and serving 800+ client households. We are seeking a Financial Advisor to join our East Peoria office and step into an immediate client-facing role with an existing book of business and strong long-term growth potential. This position is on-site. Key Responsibilities Successfully manage and grow an existing client portfolio while building long-term relationships Provide financial planning and investment guidance tailored to client needs Grow assets through organic client development and referrals. Collaborate with internal team members to support a high-quality client experience

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in financial advising or wealth management Series 7 & Series 66 licenses Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to grow a book of business

Preferred Qualifications :

Compensation :

Base salary range of $50k - $110k based on experience and transferrable book of business (where applicable) This job is part of 's Full-Service Hiring beta program.
