Full Job Description Job Summary:
This role is designed for a relationship-driven professional who values a client-centered approach and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The position provides a defined career track that includes stewardship of an existing client base, the ability to build and own your personal book, and a qualifying path to equity ownership in the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary advisor to existing clients, delivering thoughtful financial planning and investment guidance Build and deepen client relationships through consistent, high-quality communication Contribute to business development efforts and organically grow client assets Collaborate with internal team members to deliver a seamless client experience Follow established processes while adapting to client-specific needs Qualifications Experience in financial advising, wealth management, or a related client-facing role Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through capabilities Working knowledge of financial planning concepts and investment strategies (Series 7 and Series 66 required; CFP® or progress toward designation preferred) Demonstrated ability or desire to develop client relationships and grow a book of business
