This role combines relationship management, business development, and financial wellness to deliver meaningful value to partner employees while advancing UICCU's strategic growth goals. UICCU employees are responsible for supporting our Do More Good Philosophy, promoting the core values of our organization, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to both internal and external members and demonstrate a strong commitment to the organization's Do More Good culture by fostering a positive work environment and promoting our core values in all interactions. Build and maintain strong trust- based relationships with assigned partner organizations. Ensure a consistent, high-quality partner experience that reflects UICCU's values and service standards. Drive new partner member growth through proactive outreach, engagement activities, and employee interactions. Use coaching interactions as opportunities to strengthen relationships, promote and position best-fit UICCU products and services, and deliver personalized financial coaching to partner employees. Support the delivery of financial education through workshops, presentations, and tailored resources. Plan, execute, and participate in partner and community engagement activities, including on-site visits, benefit fairs, workshops and special events. Identify and suggest process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance departmental efficiency. Partner closely with marketing, retail, lending and operational teams to ensure a seamless and coordinated partner experience. Contribute to ongoing program enhancements by sharing partner feedback, insights and opportunities for growth. Own internal and external member problems, issues and complaints and ensure the appropriate follow up to achieve proper resolution. Monitor effectiveness of outreach efforts and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Salary and Benefits:
Starting salary is $23.73 per hour. Comprehensive insurance options including Health, Dental, and Vision for full-time employees. 401K eligibility, including company match program. Shift:
Monday - Friday with some early mornings, late evenings, and Saturday events.

Education (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
