The Wealth Manager will build and maintain client relationships, develop tailored financial plans, manage investment strategies, and coordinate with tax, legal, and estate professionals to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with individual and family clients by understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and life circumstances. Create and implement comprehensive financial plans covering investments, retirement planning, tax optimization, estate planning, and insurance needs. Design and manage diversified investment portfolios, monitor performance, and make tactical adjustments in line with clients objectives and market conditions. Provide ongoing advice and regular portfolio reviews, prepare performance reports, and communicate portfolio changes and strategy recommendations to clients. Coordinate with internal teams and external professionals (tax advisors, estate attorneys, insurance specialists) to deliver integrated wealth solutions. Prospect, cultivate, and onboard new clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach to grow the practice. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and record-keeping standards; complete required documentation and disclosures. Stay current on market trends, investment products, tax law changes, and best practices in wealth management to continuously enhance client outcomes. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Masters in Finance) preferred. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred, Juris Doctor (J.D.), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Series 65 or equivalent state investment adviser registration preferred. 3+ years of experience in wealth management, private client advisory, or related financial advisory roles, with a proven track record managing high-net-worth clients. Demonstrated expertise in portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management across multiple asset classes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and build long-term client trust. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with financial planning and portfolio management software. High ethical standards, client-first mentality, and ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance requirements.
