This person would be willing and able to learn about the financial profession, have world class integrity, and a desire to earn a high income . About the role Our continued growth requires that we add a Financial Representative/Investment Advisor Representative to our team. This individual will be responsible to care for a specific group of clients and develop new business, acting ethically and honestly as a fiduciary to ensure the client's best interests are of primary focus. Builds client base through educational seminars and workshops, referrals, etc. Takes new clients through a thorough fact-finding and needs analysis process, getting to know their goals, priorities, etc. Develops and presents unique comprehensive wealth management/income plan and implements as approved by the client. Regularly monitors plan(s) to make sure clients are on track with their goals. Reviews client's plans yearly to make sure they keep on track to meet goals and objectives. Responds to client requests for service and trouble-shoots service issues. Adheres to compliance policies and procedures. Supports team as needed with the company's entire client base. Requirements Bachelor's degree (B.S. in Finance desirable) 2 years experience in sales (may or may not be in financial field) Indiana Health and Life license, or ability to obtain one within a short time frame, is required. FINRA registration with a 6 and 63, and 65 series, or ability to obtain same within a short time frame, is required. Having your CFP® designation a plus but not required. Have a satisfactory background check and a clean compliance record. Skills and Abilities A team player who isn't afraid of any assignment, no matter how large or how small! A confident individual comfortable with closing a sale. Articulate and comfortable communicating in both large and small group settings. Open-minded and willing to consider new or different products that might best meet our client's needs. Quick learner of new technologies. Warm and professional demeanor. Excellent organizational and follow-through skills. Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
