Operations Associate Riverview Health - 3.2 Noblesville, IN Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Associate's degree Full Job Description Job Summary The Operations Associate provides support in the areas of information sharing, provider recruitment and relations, report generation, process enhancement and special project completion. This position works closely with the leadership of the Riverview Health Physician Practices and Employer Services and interacts with a multidisciplinary team. Job Responsibilities Complete clerical and administrative tasks in support of RHP leaders. Create meeting agendas and keep minutes as assigned. Provide feedback and draft changes or create new policies and procedures as needed. Assist provider relations coordinator with recruitment activities to include, but not limited to marketing/advertising, sourcing, on-site visits, references and follow up. Make initial calls to targeted providers. Facilitate new provider orientation to include, but not limited to scheduling tours, department meet and greets, and training. Coordinate requests for support with higher level leadership. Conduct internal service recovery as needed. Support change implementation. Manage special projects or pilot programs as designated. Active engagement in at least one committee (Employee Engagement, Education and Training, Forms, etc.) Build reports and analyze data using various tools and applications, such as Excel. Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements Minimum:
Associate degree in a health management
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in business or health management.
Experience Requirements Minimum:
Associate degree would require six (6) months in a health-leadership related field. Bachelor's degree preparation would not require previous work experience.
License/Certification Requirements Minimum:
