Daily tasks can include:

• Meeting with prospective and current clients
• Managing policy renewals
• Analyzing coverage options and explaining details to clients
• Managing claims processes, including conducting visits as needed
• Keeping client and business records
• Working with underwriting and assisting with claims
• Conducting marketing efforts, such as social media, postcards, phone calls, and community events
• Ensuring you are up-to-date on industry regulations and product offerings
