Full-Time A highly respected and established wealth management practice is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Advisor to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a client-focused advisor who is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals through comprehensive planning, investment management, and relationship-driven service. As a key member of the advisory team, you will work directly with clients to develop personalized financial strategies, strengthen existing relationships, attract new business, and deliver an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client meetings and deliver comprehensive financial planning recommendations
  • Develop personalized investment, retirement, insurance, and wealth preservation strategies
  • Analyze client financial situations and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients and their families
  • Build multi-generational client relationships and expand assets under management
  • Present financial planning solutions, tax strategies, and insurance recommendations
  • Utilize financial planning software and CRM systems to support client engagement
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain licensing requirements, and stay current with industry developments
  • Participate in business development initiatives, referral generation, networking, and client acquisition activities
  • Collaborate with advisory team members to deliver a consistent and exceptional client experience Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, or Financial Planner
  • Proven success in financial planning, investment management, and client relationship management
  • Strong business development and asset-gathering experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a practice and serve clients at a high level
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred) Required Licenses Series 7 Series 63, 65, or 66 Life, Health, and Variable Insurance Licenses Preferred Designations CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) CRPC® (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor) Other relevant wealth management designations
