The firm focuses on delivering comprehensive financial planning to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, with an emphasis on long-term relationships, tax strategy, and multi-generational planning. Advisors operate within a team-based structure supported by internal experts across investments, compliance, and operations, allowing them to focus on client relationships and high-level advisory work. Role Overview This opportunity is designed for an experienced financial advisor who has built a meaningful book of business and is looking for a stronger platform to support continued growth. You will take ownership of client relationships while leveraging a fully built infrastructure that removes the operational burden typically associated with running a practice. Advisors who tend to make this move are those who have outgrown their current environment, whether due to limited support, capped growth, or lack of collaboration. Why Advisors Make a Move Like This You've built a solid book but still handle too much on your own You want deeper support across planning, investments, and operations You're looking for a more collaborative, team-based environment You want access to additional client opportunities without starting from scratch You're thinking long-term about growth, equity, or partnership Key Responsibilities Manage and lead relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients Deliver comprehensive financial planning including tax, estate, and investment strategy Act as a proactive advisor, anticipating client needs and guiding long-term decisions Coordinate with external professionals such as CPAs and legal advisors Transition and integrate existing client relationships into the firm Continue business development through personal networks and referrals Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high-touch client experience Qualifications Required 10+ years of experience as a financial advisor Proven ability to manage and transition a $40M+ client book Clients that would reasonably be expected to follow you Not subject to any non-compete or non-solicit restrictions CFP® designation (or equivalent) Strong experience working with high-net-worth clients Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred CPA, JD, MBA, or advanced tax/planning credentials Deep expertise in tax strategy or complex planning scenarios Experience working in a team-based advisory environment Cultural Fit Client-first, fiduciary mindset Collaborative and team-oriented Proactive and solutions-driven Professional and credible with sophisticated clients Interested in long-term growth within a firm environment
