We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized full-time Paraplanner to support our advisors by preparing comprehensive financial plans. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes planning and client support with opportunities to grow. What You Will Be Responsible For Financial Planning & Analysis Analyze client financial data and build comprehensive financial plans Prepare core planning reports (net worth, cash flow, retirement projections, risk analysis, etc.) Identify gaps, opportunities, and recommendations to improve client outcomes Run planning scenarios (retirement timing, Social Security, tax strategies, etc.) Client Meeting Preparation Gather and organize client financial documents Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations Develop clear, client-friendly planning summaries and recommendations Support in ensuring the advisors are fully prepared for meetings Strategy Development Support Assist in designing planning strategies across retirement planning, investment allocations, tax strategies (including Roth conversions), insurance and estate considerations, etc. Provide insights and analysis to support advisor recommendations Client Service & Follow-Up Track and manage action items after meetings Ensure timely execution of planning recommendations Support execution of client rollover calls Maintain strong, professional client communication, with a focus on long-term relationship retention Execution of stock & ETF trades for client portfolios Confirmation and execution of contribution and distribution requests, including trading Workflow & Coordination Manage CRM updates and planning workflows Partner with operations team to ensure smooth implementation Track outstanding tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks All other duties as assigned The Expertise We're Looking For High School Diploma 3-5+ Years Financial Planning or Wealth Management Experience Investment License, series 7 preferred (requirement to obtain if not already active). CFP designation desired (requirement to obtain if not already active). Prior Experience Directly Supporting Financial Advisors Bachelor's or Associate degree in finance, accounting or similar field Clear and Professional Communication (Verbal and Written) Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills Self-Starter with Growth Mindset Ability to Learn and Adapt to Changes This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday. Choice of either 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, or 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Salary varies based on experience, licensing & credentialling.

$50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
