Position Overview A financial services firm is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support high-net-worth clients with complex, multi-entity financial needs. This role blends accounting, client service, and operational coordination, requiring someone who can manage financial details while delivering a polished, high-touch client experience. You'll take ownership of day-to-day financial activities across multiple entities, act as a key point of contact for clients, and coordinate closely with external advisors. Responsibilities Manage accounting and financial activities across multiple entities, including LLCs, partnerships, and trusts Prepare customized financial statements and reports tailored to client needs Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial positioning Execute bill payments, tax payments, wires, and ACH transactions with precision Maintain clean, accurate, and organized financial records across complex structures Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day requests and communications Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and ensure timely follow-ups Collaborate with external partners including CPAs, attorneys, and advisors Support compliance requirements and maintain proper documentation Assist with internal projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency Qualifications CPA required Strong accounting experience across multiple entities and complex financial structures Experience supporting or working with high-net-worth individuals or families preferred Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing demeanor Proven ability to take ownership, manage priorities, and follow through High level of discretion and confidentiality Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems preferred Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
