Compensation:

$60,000 - $100,000 at plan commission

Responsibilities:

Engage in structured coaching, mentorship, and training programs. Leverage company-provided marketing tools and industry resources. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and licensing requirements. Attend hybrid meetings, including in-person team collaboration, as required. Attend virtual and in-person training to enhance financial expertise.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated leadership or a proven track record of success. No prior experience in finance is required—comprehensive training is provided. Highly motivated with a strong work ethic. Must be authorized to work in the US.
