Since opening our first Boston-area location in 2021, Figurella has rapidly expanded across Massachusetts, with studios in Newton, Wellesley, Lexington, and Brookline. We serve women who are serious about change and value a high-touch, supportive, and results-driven experience. At Figurella, we don't just train bodies — we coach women through real transformation . Our coaches are motivators, accountability partners, educators, and trusted guides. You'll work closely with clients to help them stay consistent, believe in themselves, and commit to their wellness journey — while creating an upbeat, welcoming studio environment that clients genuinely look forward to.

Responsibilities:

Guide clients through their wellness journey, from first session to long-term success Educate clients on our programs and confidently recommend next steps that support their goals Build strong client relationships that drive consistency, trust, and retention Create an energetic, supportive studio environment where clients feel motivated and accountable Collaborate with the team to deliver a high-touch, premium client experience

Qualifications:
