Then join our Financial Aid department where you will be a part of a dynamic team that unlocks the gateway to education for students. We are seeking a compassionate and resourceful Financial Aid Advisor to join our dedicated team and guide students on their educational journeys. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists students through the application process for all forms of student financial assistance (Federal, State, Agency, Veterans, Employer, etc.). Conducts entrance and exit counseling for student borrowers. Performs data entry and file maintenance on the Campus Vue, FAME, and NSLDS data management systems. Performs need analysis and financial aid packaging in Campus Vue and FAME. Verifies and corrects financial aid application data. Prepares Professional Judgment applications for review by the Financial Aid Director Maintains student files, assembles new student information and application packages, and performs other clerical assignments. Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Financial Aid and/or Campus President. Regular and reliable attendance. Requirements At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Aid Advisor or Coordinator is required Knowledge of the Federal and State financial aid regulations, with specific knowledge of Title IV Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels Highly organized, motivated and results driven Must not have any National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) restrictions Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Bachelor degree is preferred but not required

Five day workweek with two late evenings to approximately 8:00pm and rotating
