Job DescriptionJob Description A reputable financial services firm is looking for a Client Services Associate to add to their growing team.
Summary:
This role will be the engine behind our financial planning process, preparing, constructing, and reviewing client financial plans. You will work closely with our advisors to gather data, model scenarios, and prepare documentation, allowing our advisors to focus on client relationships and growth.
Responsibilities:
Use software to input client data, run scenarios (retirement, cash flow, insurance), and draft comprehensive financial plans. Research investment options, tax strategies, and insurance products to identify potential opportunities and risks for clients. Prepare client meeting agendas, net worth statements, investment performance reports, and annual review documents. Participate in client meetings to take notes, explain planning concepts, and handle follow-up action items. Assist with implementation of financial plans (e.g., preparing account transfer forms) and ensure all documentation meets internal compliance standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning, Finance, or Accounting preferred. Prior client services/wealth management experience within financial services required. Must have Series 65 license or be prepared to obtain in promptly. CFP license preferred. Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and excellent written communication skills.
