Job Description
Bestgate Wealth Advisors is seeking an Operations Associate for our Frederick Maryland office. Our firm provides comprehensive financial planning and investment management with a strong focus on tax planning. Bestgate places a strong emphasis on maintaining a positive work environment and office culture. Regular team lunches and annual company trips help us to achieve this goal.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage client distributions and money movements
- Implementing retirement plan rollovers
- Creating new accounts
- Client billing
- Manage employee benefits
- Internal firm compliance tasks
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Great attitude
- Prior administrative experience preferred (recent graduates also would be considered)
- Prior experience with Schwab advisor platform is a plus
