Job Description:
Elite Income Advisors is expanding and seeking an experienced Chief Wealth Advisor to join our advisory team in Ellicott City. This role is designed for accomplished advisors who want to focus on what they do best: meeting with qualified clients, delivering strategic financial advice, and closing new business. Unlike many advisory roles, Elite Income Advisors provides a consistent flow of warm, pre-qualified high-net-worth client opportunities. Advisors are not expected to prospect, cold call, or rely on their personal networks to generate business. Our firm also provides a strong internal support structure. Junior team members assist with modeling, preparation, account servicing, and administrative responsibilities so you can focus on client strategy and relationship management. We are business owners who acquire clientele and find financial solutions with help from industry-leading training, mentors, and products. As our Chief Wealth Advisor, you will:
  • Build a client base and develop knowledge of EIA financial products and market trends
  • Present clients with financial solutions and drive them to action
  • Take ownership of your business with the full support of your team The ideal candidate will have:
  • Active Life & Health licenses and securities licensing or the ability to acquire licensing with our support and Series 65
  • High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently
  • History of success in sales, competitive roles, client services, or client-facing roles
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Desire for continuous learning
Preferred Credentials:
CFP®, CFA, or MBA Compensation & Transition Support We recognize that experienced advisors should not have to start from scratch when joining a new firm. Advisors joining EIA are offered a contractual draw based on production with their previous firm, providing stable income during the transition period until commissions replace the draw. A medical coverage stipend is also included. Unlike many firms, there are no rigid production quotas or minimum annual sales targets. Advisors are empowered to focus on delivering great advice and growing client relationships with the firm's lead flow and support. We also have a golf simulator in our office.
