Job Description

Deloitte's Strategy, Growth, and Transformation practice helps organizations solve complex business challenges, improve performance, and drive large-scale change. As a Senior Consultant - Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, you will support client engagements by combining structured problem-solving, analysis, and implementation support to help clients move from strategy to execution. This role offers the opportunity to work across transformation initiatives, stakeholder groups, and business priorities in a fast-paced environment. Recruiting for this role ends on 06/30/2026. Work you'll do As a Senior Consultant - Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team, you will be responsible for: Supporting client engagements focused on strategy development, operating model design, business transformation, or growth initiatives Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify issues, evaluate options, and develop recommendations for client stakeholders Creating client-ready deliverables, including presentations, meeting materials, implementation plans, and status updates Coordinating workstreams, tracking action items, and supporting execution across cross-functional teams and project stakeholders Contributing to internal practice development through research, proposal support, knowledge capture, and reusable assets A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability or protected veteran status, or any other legally protected basis, in accordance with applicable law.
