This role is designed for someone that has desire to enter the financial planning space as administrative support to a high producing advisor. The AFR will be a pivotal team member to help build processes and procedures to help streamline new client onboarding and relationships. This is a growth opportunity with bonuses available.
DUTIES FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITIED TO
Client Onboarding & Experience Prepare and process new account applications, transfers and service paperwork Serve as the primary onboarding contact for clients, delivering seamless experience Maintain CRM accuracy, case notes and documentation Plan Development Develop and construct financial plans aligned with advisor strategy using our proprietary planning platform Build needs-based analyses, retirement models, and protection strategies Continuously refine plans based on advisor feedback Underwriting & Case Management Manage all underwriting activities and case progression Order and track medical and financial requirements Communicate with carriers and internal teams to move cases forward Proactively solve underwriting challenges and delays Ensure timely placement and policy delivery Ongoing Client Service Prepare for client review meetings and ongoing service requests Monitor accounts and identify follow-up opportunities Maintain consistent communication standards with clients •Expected to obtain Life, Accident & Health (LAH) Resident Producer license within first 2 months of hire (study materials and support provided). •Expected to obtain investment licensing by passing the following exams within the first 1 year of hire: SIE, Series 7, Series 63 (study materials and support provided).
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE
Four year degree Two or more years' experience in administrative/support work OR management Two or more years' experience in a professional business environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel) General insurance and investment experience beneficial Exceptional organization, attention to detail and follow-through Effective time management Excellent written and oral communication skills (phoning will be required) Self-driven, highly motivated, and comfortable working independently
Benefits Package Available Pay:
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
