In this role, you will work directly alongside a senior advisor, learning the ropes of financial planning and client relationship management within a supportive, built-in mentorship structure. While relevant industry experience is preferred, it is not required. We prioritize drive, integrity, and exceptional communication skills over prior experience, making this an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or driven professional looking to enter the industry. To ensure your success, our firm will fully invest in your professional development. We provide dedicated, paid study time during the work week to prepare for required industry exams (such as the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66), and the company will cover 100% of the costs for all study materials and testing fees. This is a salaried position. Over the long term, the advisor will have the opportunity to earn additional compensation through a revenue-sharing model based on the accounts they manage.
FINANCIAL ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Planning:
Assist in providing strategic financial planning and investment advice to clients.
Trading:
Execute stock market trades with precision and efficiency (upon obtaining required licensing) .
Research:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis and market research to guide investment decisions.
Compliance:
Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Client Relations:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates.
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance financial strategies and services.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends, market fluctuations, and new investment opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS
Core Requirements:
Attention to
Detail:
Exceptional accuracy in financial planning, data entry, and transactions.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain client relationships.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ability to learn financial software and trading platforms. Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check. Preferred Experience (Not Required): Active Series 7 and Series 65 or 66 licenses. Prior experience in financial advising, investment management, or executing stock market trades.
