Advisor Associate

Position Summary The Advisor Associate will be an integral part of our Advisor Care team that focuses on financial planning and administrative support specifically for our advisor partners. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Manage all Advanced Planning submissions through Advisory Alpha's proprietary technologies Ensure all Advanced Planning quality assurance steps are complete for accuracy Craft preliminary proposal recommendations for prospects using Advisory Alpha's managed strategies Provide account level operational and compliance support to Advisor Consultants as needed Assist in advisor book of business transition activities for new and existing financial advisor partners Support other areas of the business as needed Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Attention to detail and accuracy while balancing multiple tasks and projects Series 65 or 66 license Required, or willingness to obtain within a short period upon hiring Microsoft Excel experience preferred Familiar with general technology and software applications (Microsoft Office products, general computer navigation, etc.) Personable, Positive Attitude, Patient Self-Motivated, Diligent, Hard Working, Accountable Desire to be part of a very flexible, team-oriented environment and contribute to the aggressive growth of a small business

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
