As a Financial Advisor , you will serve as a trusted partner to clients by developing, implementing, and evolving integrated financial strategies across investment management, tax planning, estate planning, and risk management. You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, delivering thoughtful guidance, and driving meaningful outcomes aligned with each client's long-term vision. - Deliver educational presentations to clients and staff
- Oversee and monitor individual investment portfolios while ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives Lead client meetings and planning discussions with clarity and confidence, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and empowered Collaborate strategically with internal team members and external partners, reflecting our belief in collaborative excellence to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions Strengthen and grow client relationships through consistent engagement, education, and value delivery Contribute to firm growth by cultivating new client relationships through referrals, centers of influence, and community engagement Support a culture of continuous growth, sharing insights, expanding your expertise, and contributing to the development of the broader team • Consult with attorneys, accountants, and other advisors on financial, estate, and tax planning Qualifications for this role include: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Series 65 required CFP® designation, or willingness to acquire within one year 5+ years of experience in the industry 5-7 years in an advisory role Must have experience combining complex planning considerations such as investment management, tax planning, risk mitigation, retirement optimization, and trust and estate planning into holistic financial strategies Proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite and financial planning and account management software; MoneyGuidePro experience is a plus Technical knowledge and experience in all aspects of financial planning, including wealth management, qualified plan acumen, and estate planning Demonstrated growth in current or past roles Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with keen attention to detail Strong coaching and leadership skills Ability and desire to work successfully in a small company environment Experience working with high-net-worth clients and complex planning strategies We welcome a diverse pool of applicants from various backgrounds and urge you to apply to learn more about what our firm offers and see if it might be an attractive fit.
