Investment Banking Senior Analyst /
Associate Location:
Minneapolis, MN Company Overview Our client is a middle-market advisory and investment platform specializing in complex and highly structured transactions. The firm advises closely held, founder-and family-owned businesses on a range of strategic initiatives, including M&A, ESOP, and capital markets transactions. In addition to its advisory capabilities, the platform maintains an affiliated investment strategy, allowing for a differentiated, aligned approach when structuring and executing transactions. Role Overview The team is seeking a Senior Analyst / Associate to support transaction execution and contribute to a growing, entrepreneurial platform. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role offering exposure across a variety of deal types and meaningful responsibility throughout the transaction lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Support execution of M&A, ESOP, and capital raising transactions Build and review financial models, including cash flow modeling and valuation analyses Analyze historical and projected financial performance Prepare client-facing materials (CIMs, presentations, marketing materials) Assist with due diligence, process management, and overall deal execution Work closely with senior bankers and help mentor junior team members Qualifications 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or leveraged finance Strong technicalskillset, including: Valuation analysis Financial modeling (DCF, cash flow modeling) Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline If you're interested in learning more, please apply today and a member of our team will reach out with more information!
