Job Description

Associate Financial Advisor Job Posting SUMMARY :
The Associate Financial Advisor will work closely with lead advisors to support client relationships, prepare financial plans, assist with investment and retirement analysis, and help deliver outstanding client experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop professionally within the financial planning industry while gaining hands-on experience in comprehensive wealth management. Key Responsibilities Assist advisors in preparing, analyzing, and updating financial plans Participate in client meetings and assist with follow-up communication Analyze retirement, investment, insurance, and cash flow strategies Conduct financial planning and investment research Enroll participants in employee sponsored retirement plans Help business clients maintain retirement plans including interactions with recordkeepers, TPA providers, and other consultants Support day-to-day client service and planning operations Maintain accurate client records and documentation Learn and utilize financial planning software, including RightCapital Collaborate with team members to improve processes and client experience Qualifications FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses required Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field) Interest or experience in financial planning and wealth management Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively CFP® coursework, licensing progress, or interest in pursuing CFP® certification is a plus Experience with financial planning software is preferred but not required What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong client service mindset Professional verbal and written communication skills Dependable, team-oriented personality Self-motivated with a desire for long-term career growth High level of professionalism and attention to detail
