Are you an emerging financial planning professional who wants to become a lead advisor? At Winter & Associates, you'll work directly with clients, build financial plans, participate in investment decisions, and follow a defined path toward becoming a senior Wealth Advisor. This is a salaried position designed as a development role for future lead advisors with dedicated mentorship from experienced advisors. You'll participate in client meetings, develop planning recommendations, and progressively take on greater responsibility with the goal of advancing into a senior Wealth Advisor position and long-term opportunity of pursuing and managing your own book of business. Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $60,000
- 85,000 plus bonus opportunity, based on experience, licensing, and qualifications.

Qualifications:
Work experience: 2-3 years financial industry experience Bachelor's Degree required; finance related field preferred Industry licenses (Series 65 or equivalent) preferred, or ability to obtain them within 6 months required High level of interpersonal skills utilizing excellent written and verbal communication Ability to prioritize and multitask, completing tasks efficiently and effectively with strong attention to detail Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism Comfortable working independently, but also have strong team collaboration skills Ability to problem solve in a timely manner Comfortable learning and leveraging technology, including financial planning software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Candidate chosen is required to pass a background check and is subject to a credit check
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with clients Lead new or existing client meetings alongside lead Advisor; help prepare agendas, take excellent notes, compose follow-up summaries and emails to clients; ensure timely execution of follow-up tasks Build financial plans using Right Capital
- co-present with lead Advisor working towards presenting on own Prepare investment portfolio analysis and proposals Research economic trends and markets Execute, log, and monitor trades Ensure daily activities fall within industry compliance and due diligence standards Track client information and communication in CRM database in a timely and detailed manner Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, federal/state laws and directives Assist with client-focused events, seminars, and other marketing activities (may require you to work outside normal business hours on occasion, typically 1-3 times per year) Participate in compliance tasks such as licensing inquiries, audit preparation, electronic document filing, processing and tracking checks, etc.
