About the Role We are seeking a driven and competitive Financial Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized financial strategies, including retirement planning, investment guidance, and protection solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, relationship-oriented, and eager to build their own book of business with strong mentorship and support. What You'll Do Develop and deliver customized financial plans based on clients' short- and long-term goals Provide guidance in areas such as retirement planning, insurance solutions, and investment strategies Build and grow your client base through networking, referrals, social media, and community engagement Execute consistent marketing and outreach strategies to generate new business opportunities Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through ongoing support and service Pursue advanced licensing and planning capabilities to expand your offerings What We're Looking For Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of drive and accountability Passion for helping clients achieve financial security and long-term success Interest in becoming a financial planner, including fee-based planning models Genuine curiosity about insurance, wealth management, and retirement strategies
Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation:
First-year earnings are performance-based and depend on sales, closed business, and productivity. Compensation is not guaranteed. All benefits and compensation structures are based on contract status with MassMutual.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
