Financial Advisor (Retirement Planning) Retirement Wealth Design | Client-Facing | Marketing-Supported Appointments Retirement Wealth Design is a retirement-focused advisory firm serving pre-retirees and retirees with guidance around retirement income planning, tax-aware strategies, investment allocation, Social Security considerations, and legacy planning. Due to continued growth, we are hiring a licensed Financial Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for an advisor who values a structured process, consistent client opportunities, and a firm that supports advisors with established marketing and appointment-setting efforts. Compensation $120,000 - $150,000 first year comp + % of revenue genereated Competitive earning potential with performance-based upside What We Offer Marketing-supported appointment flow through radio, TV, and educational workshops (not purchased internet leads) A repeatable client process designed to support consistent outcomes and a strong client experience Client-facing responsibilities with the support of a collaborative team Coaching and ongoing development to help you strengthen your planning conversations and client communication Long-term opportunity with a growing firm and a strong retirement niche Responsibilities Meet with prospective clients to understand goals, concerns, and retirement objectives Present recommendations and guide clients through implementation of planning strategies Build and maintain strong client relationships with high service standards Manage follow-up, next steps, and documentation throughout the client process Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a smooth client experience Maintain compliance standards and accurate client records Qualifications Active securities license (Series 65/66 preferred;) Life & Health insurance license (preferred) Experience in retirement planning and client-facing advisory work Strong communication skills and ability to explain strategies clearly High professionalism, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset Comfortable meeting with clients in person and/or virtually, as needed If you're looking for a stable firm with a strong retirement niche, consistent marketing support, and compensation tied to performance, we'd like to speak with you.
