This role serves as a primary fiduciary contact for client relationships, collaborates closely with the Director of Moneta Trust, and partners with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional trust administration in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies. Essential Responsibilities Collaborates with the Board of Directors and senior management to develop and advance strategic plans for Moneta Trust, including reviewing reports and providing recommendations on major initiatives and budget priorities. Evaluates and acts on complex inquiries, approvals, and requests in accordance with established policies, procedures, and assigned authority levels, exercising sound judgment to support consistent and compliant decision-making. Meets with Moneta Advisors and prospective trust clients to articulate Moneta Trust's value proposition and facilitate the onboarding of new trust relationships. Researches and resolves complex client transactions, operational issues, and trust administration inquiries, escalating as appropriate and ensuring timely, accurate outcomes. Serves as the primary fiduciary contact for assigned client relationships, ensuring all documentation, discretionary actions, and business acceptance decisions comply with internal fiduciary policies and trust guidelines. Qualifications B.S. in Business, Accounting, Management, or related field JD, CTFA, CFA, CFP or other professional designations, preferred 5+ years related experience in Trust Operations Experience with Trust accounting software, reporting requirements and Trust Admission Committees Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
