Job Description

Financial Advisor / Business Finance Consultant (MBA Preferred) In-Office | Temporary-to-Permanent Opportunity We are seeking a motivated, strategic financial thinker to join our privately owned dental practice and work directly with ownership and the executive leadership team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys analyzing financial performance, supporting business strategy, and helping drive operational success. This position will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, audit support, and providing insights to help leadership make informed business decisions.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with owners and executive leadership Assist with audit preparation and financial review processes Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement Provide strategic financial insight and recommendations
Qualifications:
MBA preferred; Finance, Accounting, or Business background required Experience in accounting, financial advisory, audit, or business consulting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-starter with excellent communication abilities This position may begin as a 12-month temporary role with strong potential to become a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
