Job Description
SUMMARY:
The Fiduciary Officer will oversee the administration, compliance, and fiduciary functions for all accounts, as well as for the Wealth Management department by maintaining compliance with policies, procedures, tax, and fiduciary law. This position will oversee actions taken and/or requested by Wealth Advisors and assist the Wealth Advisors with technical questions. The Fiduciary Officer has direct involvement with clients regarding any administrative need they may have and assists the Wealth Advisors with estate and financial planning, interacting with the clients and their attorney/CPA, etc. as needed. This position will supervise the Wealth Operations and Administrative Officer.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

15% Maintain high client service levels through prompt research and response for all service requests for assigned accounts. 10% Initiate or approve payments or receipts to/from client accounts. Review daily/weekly Overdraft and Distribution reports. 10% Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, tax, and fiduciary laws. Ensure accounts comply with legal, audit and regulatory guidelines, as well as directives contained in Trust documents. 10% Partner with other associates on administering investment-oriented client relationships. Manage client communications and service responsiveness. Coordinate aspects of service across Wealth Management team to ensure excellent client experience. 10% Review all incoming Wills and Trust documents and provide an Executive Summary to the Chief Wealth Management Officer. 10% Review all Wills and Trusts for clients/prospects and provide an Executive Summary to the Wealth Advisor. 5% Submit quarterly RC-T reports to Accounting. 10% Ensure IRAs are following Required Minimum Distribution requirements. 10% Perform account reviews to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines. 5% Foster and maintain relationships with clients and their beneficiaries. 5% Administer personal trust accounts. Consult with the Wealth Management team and clients to develop comprehensive, long-range fiduciary and estate plans.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years Trust, Estate Planning or Financial Planning experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication and relationship management skills. Demonstrate effective discovery skills. Accomplished financial or fiduciary and estate planning skills.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
